In-Store & Online Shipping Policy
- Any IN-STORE purchase, Oakville Home Leisure and the Customer will mutually agree upon shipping terms prior to delivery of product.
- Any ONLINE purchase, the Customer will choose from the provided options given.
- In the event a shipment is not on time, which can happen, Oakville Home Leisure, to the best of our abilities, will promptly be in communications with the Customer and provide solutions/options where needed.
- In the event your purchase arrives damaged, Oakville Home Leisure needs to be informed within a period of 48 hours in order to get the Warranty Process underway.
- Once Warranty is approved, Oakville Home Leisure will expedite delivery of the remaining pieces AT NO CHARGE to the Customer.
