Any IN-STORE purchase, Oakville Home Leisure and the Customer will mutually agree upon shipping terms prior to delivery of product.
Any ONLINE purchase, the Customer will choose from the provided options given.
In the event a shipment is not on time, which can happen, Oakville Home Leisure, to the best of our abilities, will promptly be in communications with the Customer and provide solutions/options where needed.
In the event your purchase arrives damaged, Oakville Home Leisure needs to be informed within a period of 48 hours in order to get the Warranty Process underway.
Once Warranty is approved, Oakville Home Leisure will expedite delivery of the remaining pieces AT NO CHARGE to the Customer.
