Return Policy

In-Store Return Policy

  • All returns (EXCLUDING CUSTOM ORDERS) must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
  • Items being returned IN STORE must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition.
  • Returns will only be accepted IN STORE with prior approval for a period of 30 days after purchase.

Online Return Policy

  • Customer must get into contact with Oakville Home Leisure within a period of 48 hours.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • You must get an RMA number from our Customer Service Department.
  • If the product was eligible for free shipping, you will be responsible for the shipping cost incurred to get the product to you.
  • You will also be responsible for the shipping cost to get the product back to Oakville Home Leisure.
  • If the return is because of an error on our part we will pay for the shipping.
  • If your return is coming back via freight truck then we require photos of the products to ensure the product is in good condition with no damages.
