Any product that is specifically ordered for a customer, IN-STORE or ONLINE, is considered a custom order.
Custom order sales are final.
All IN-STORE custom order sales must be accompanied by a 25% non-refundable deposit.
All ONLINE custom order sales must be paid in full upon checkout.
NOTE: Colour and/or shade variance can occur when custom is ordering.
(These variances can be due to different dye lots, the resolution of your computer screen or other reasons).
